I understand I am expected to supply
proper training equipment (leashes, collars, etc.) as needed
for the classes.
I understand that attendance of a dog
training class is not without risk to myself, members of
my family, friends who may attend, or my dog. I understand
that some of the dogs that I will be exposed to may be difficult
to handle and may be the cause of injury even when handled
with the greatest amount of care. I take full responsibility
for the actions of my dog and myself.
I, the undersigned handler release Friendship
Academy and any of its agents from any liability for all
injuries, risks, loss or damage to myself or my dog which
may arise from any cause during my attendance.
Because all classes are limited in size
- payment is required in advance to hold your space and
is non-refundable.
